after purchasing a land rover freelander from ian the owner at what we thought was a very reasonable price, we got home to scotland to find a small oil leak,oh well we thought nothing much, we then had a puncture our fault so decided to take it to garage to have a look at oil leak to.then our problems started the garage while looking for the oil leak found some very serious faults with the car,the list i have is endless but needless to say as it stands we now have a car that is un-roadworthy,bordering on dangerous,and our fine punto used as part exchange gone to this establishment,on phoning the owner we told by his asisitant ,we will sort something out, i hope they wiii but wont hold my breath.in a nutshell am saying before you buy a car from this car sales place get a independent mechanical report. my partner and i are feeling totally ripped off and to put the car roadworthy at least 1000 pound of work needed...... please be aware of this before you think you getting a great deal
